Sony and Microsoft released their next-gen consoles in the previous year. Fans were quit excited to get their one's as quick as possible. PS5 launched on 12 November 2020 in U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other regions. And launched for rest of the remaining parts of the world on 19 November. India was also one of the country which was going to have release of PS5 on 19 November, but unfortunately, due to some stock problems it was cancelled. But on the auspicious day of New Year 2021, Sony India posted about the release of PS5 in India on their Instagram handle and Twitter.
They posted that PS5 will be launched in India on 2nd of February, 2021 and it's Pre Orders shall begin on 12 PM on 12th January at retailers such as Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Games The Shop, Shop at Sony Center, Vijay Sales and some other selected authorized retailers. PS5 digital edition is priced in India for Rs 39,990 and the standard one is priced at Rs 49,990. Vijay Sales Banner for Playstation 5 is up. A image of banner has been leaked on Twitter.
