Like every year, Oneplus is ready to launch its mid-year flagship T series smartphone. Recently, a tipster revealed that the company will be not launching the Oneplus 9T Pro alongside Oneplus 9T this year. We are going to get only one smartphone of Oneplus T series this year. A tipster in Twitter revealed that the Oneplus 9T may ship with ColorOS 11 instead of OxygenOS11 as they recently merged with OPPO. It may have a 108MP Hasselblad quad camera. Recently, Oneplus collaborated with Hasselblad camera brand, so we will be getting a better camera in Oneplus smartphones.
A tipster named Savage inside tweeted that Oneplus 9T 5G will be coming in Q3 and it will be running on ColorOS11. Further, he revealed that it will be having a 180MP Hasselblad quad-camera setup. We don't know whether it's true or not but we can expect these specs in Oneplus 9T. It may launch at the end of September 2021. Here's the tweet by Savage inside.

Another tipster On Weibo revealed that Oneplus 9T will feature a 6.55-inch Fluid LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxid) Samsung E4 flexible AMOLED display with a resolution of FHD+ and 120Hz variable refresh rate. Further, the tipster revealed that there won't be a Oneplus 9T Pro this year.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset was recently announced, which offers faster-clocking speed than Snapdragon 888 SoC. Further, they revealed that the SD888+ will be used by smartphone brands like Asus (ROG), Xiaomi, Honor, Vivo and Motorola in the future. Since Oneplus was not mentioned, we can expect Oneplus 9T to be powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. This is just speculation, it may have SD888+ instead of SD888. Currently, we are not sure about it. We have to just wait, watch and see.
Oneplus 9T could come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. We know that it will have quad-camera setup and the primary camera will be having a 108MP sensor. Others with it could be a 16MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP and 2MP sensor. It could have a 4,500mAh battery backup which could be supporting 65W or 67W fast charging. It can also have an on-screen fingerprint sensor, face unlock, and a headphone jack. It can have a punch-hole design at the top-left of the smartphone in housing the selfie camera. The power button will be on the right side while the volume rocker will be on the left side of the smartphone.

Yesterday, the Oneplus Software Update policy was revealed in which Flagship devices T & R series will get 3 Major Android updates and 4 years of security updates.
While the Nord & Nord CE devices will get 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
And least one Nord N series will receive 1 major Android update and 3 years of security updates.
So the upcoming Oneplus Nord 2 and flagship Oneplus 9T will also be getting these updates while the older phones will too getting the software update.
