Smartphones to be launched In the month of July In India

 This is the first time I am uploading an article about smartphones that are going to launch in a particular month. This time the particular month is July. So lets see which smartphones are going to launch this month of July. I am going to tell you some of the specs of the phones too, only if they are available somewhere. Some of the smartphones on the list are confirmed while some of them are expected to be launched this month. 




Smartphones to be launched in July 



Asus 8Z and Asus 8Z Flip


The first smartphone in our list is Asus 8Z and Asus 8Z Flip or You can say Asus Zenfone 8Z and 8Z Flip. The Zenfone is not included in the name of the smartphones as the Delhi high court ordered Asus to do so. This is because of a reason which I can't mention as it doesn't match with the article's purpose.

Now coming to the topic, Asus didn't launch their new smartphone as the situation in India was bad because of the COVID-19. But now the situation is improving, so we can expect the launch of the smartphone this month. Here's the tweet of the Business head of Asus India.


 

Edited: Asus India, Business head, Dinesh Sharma,  tweeted saying that they are working for their upcoming Asus phone which is Asus 8Z. Further, he said the company will announce the launch date soon. And he also shared a link of space in which specs of the phone are there. The name of the phone is yet not revealed by Asus India. But it will  be Asus 8Z. 


Now first coming to specs of the Asus 8Z, it will be powdered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. It will feature a 5.9-inches superAMOLED 120Hz Samsung punch-hole display. It has a massive 4,000mAh battery backup that supports Quick Charge 4.0. It will have a duo/two-camera setup, including a 64MP primary camera and a 12MP secondary camera. For selfies and video chats, it has a 12MP camera. It will have 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will come in two color options which are black and silver. It will run on Android 11 with ZenUI 8. It has a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. The top model configuration of Asus 8Z has 16GB of RAM.

The price of Asus 8Z in India is expected to be around Rs.62,205.

Coming to Asus 8Z Flip, it will also be powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. It will feature a 6.7-inch full-HD+ 90Hz Samsung AMOLED display. Asus has offered a triple rotating camera in Asus 8Z Flip. The rear camera setup is having three cameras fitted inside it. The first is a 64MP primary camera, the next one is a 12MP secondary camera and the last one is an 8MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. It is backed up by a massive 5,000mAh battery backup, it also supports Quick Charge 4.0. It is also run on Android 11 with ZenUI 8. 

The price of the Asus 8Z Flip in India is expected to be Rs.71,090.

Both of the smartphones have exactly the same specs excluding differences in display features, battery backup, and camera setup. Both phones will launch together in July.


Oneplus Nord 2



Oneplus Nord 2 is an upcoming Oneplus smartphone after Oneplus Nord CE, which was launched in June. Oneplus hasn't confirmed the launch of Nord 2. But it has a high possibility to be launched this month. Its specs and image were leaked by 91mobiles in collaboration with Onleaks. I uploaded an article in which I discussed the specifications of Oneplus Nord 2 in detail.

Now coming to Specs of Oneplus Nord 2, it will feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC. It will have a triple camera setup at the back, including a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP secondary camera, and a 2MP macro camera. At the front, it will have a 32MP camera. It will be backed up by a 4,500mAh battery which will support 30W or 65W fast charging. It can have up to 12GB of RAM.

Coming to price, the starting price can be Rs.22,500 and can go up to Rs.30,000

POCO F3 GT



Now comes the phone POCO F3 GT. It is a rebranded version of Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition which was launched in China in late April. It is a cheap gaming phone. It really has good specs according to its price. It may be the best phone on the list if you want a budget smartphone.

POCO F3 GT is powered by flagship Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC and comes with starting RAM of 6GB and packs an inbuilt 128GB of internal storage. It has a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. It may run on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5. It will be backed up by 5,065mAh which supports 65W fast charging. It will have a triple camera setup, including a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide secondary camera, and a 2MP macro camera. At the front, it comes with a 16MP camera. It will come in Black, White, and Silver color options. 

The price of POCO F3 GT will be between Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000. 


POCO X3 GT


It is rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 5G China Variant.

Poco X3 GT is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 1100 SoC chipset. It will feature a 6.60-inch IPS LCD 120Hz display with a resolution of 1080x2400pixels. It will be having a triple camera setup at the rear, including a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide secondary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front, it will have a 16MP camera for clicking selfies and videos chats. It will be backed up by a 5,000mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging. According to an advertisement of POCO X3 GT by the company, the phone can be charged to 100% in just 42 minutes. It will be based on Android 11 OS-based MIUI 12.5. It can come with three configurations which are 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 8GB +256GB.

POCO X3 GT and POCO F3 GT are the same despite the difference in display and processor.

The price of the POCO X3 GT in India can be around Rs.16,990.

 

Samsung Galaxy F22



Yesterday, a Flipkart microsite was featuring Galaxy F22. On this microsite, it is written that Galaxy F22 will be unveiled on July 6 at 12 noon. I uploaded an article about this. So it's a confirmed launch. It is said to be a rebranded version of Galaxy A22.


Coming to specs, it will run on Mediatek Helio G80 SoC. It will feature a 6.4-inch HD+ superAMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is having a 6,000mAh battery back with 15W charging. It is having a quad-camera setup featuring a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, inside the waterdrop style notch, there is a 13MP camera.


OPPO Reno 6 Series



OPPO Reno 6 Series is confirmed to launch this month on July 14 at 3PM In India. Another Flipkart microsite is made for OPPO Reno 6 Series. It doesn't mention any specifications of the smartphones. This series will include three smartphones OPPO Reno 6, OPPO Reno 6, OPPO Reno 6 Pro+.

They will be featured with an industry-leading bokeh flare portrait video. It is the only thing mentioned on Flipkart microsite about OPPO Reno 6 series.

OPPO Reno series was launched in China on 27 May. So we are talking about specs of Chinese OPPO Reno Series specs. We are going to talk about the specs and price of all phones of the Reno 6 series one by one.

OPPO Reno 6 Specifications and Expected Price

It has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 900 SoC and runs on ColorOS 11. It is backed up by a 4,500mAh battery which supports 65W fast charging. It has a triple camera setup comprising 64MP + 8MP + 2MP. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera.

The price of OPPO Reno 6 in China is CNY 2,799 (Rs.32,266 approx.) for the base variant which has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The top model has 12GB RAM which has a price tag of CNY 3,199 (Rs.36,880 approx.)

OPPO Reno 6 Pro Specifications and price

It has a 6.55-inch HD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC chipset.  It has a battery backup of 4,500mAh which supports 65W fast charging. It has a quad-camera setup comprising of 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP. It also has a 32MP camera at the front. It tuns ColorOS11 based on Android 11.

Coming to price, it costs CNY 3,499 (Rs.40,353 approx.) for 8GB RAM variant while the 12GB Ram variant costs CNY 3,799 (Rs.43,814 approx.)

OPPO Reno 6 Pro+ Specifications and Price

It is also equipped with a 6.55-inch HD+ OLED display and has a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and runs Android 11 based ColorOS11. It is backed up by a 4,500mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging. Coming to camera, it has a quad-camera setup comprising of 50MP + 16MP + 13MP + 2MP. The front camera is equipped with a 32MP sensor.

Starting price of Reno 6 Pro+ is CNY 3,999 (Rs.46,111 approx.) . The top variant costs CNY 4,499 (Rs.51,881 approx.).


Redmi 10 Series



Redmi hasn't confirmed yet whether it will unveil its Redmi 10 Series in India. But a tweet of Redmi India teased that soon it can unveil Redmi 10 series in India. They used hashtag #10on10 in their tweet. They can be teasing the launch of their new smartphone.



There is no information available about Redmi Note 10 series. There are no specifications and price available now at the time. But when some info is available about 10 Series, I will update the article. And also not all the phones in Redmi 10 series will launch at the same time. Some can launch this month while others in next month.


Google Pixel 5a



Google Pixel 5a can launch in late July or early August. Recently, it was spotted in a Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS) listing, suggesting its arrival in India.

Now coming to specs of Google Pixel 5a, it can come with Snapdragon 765G SoC. It will run on Android v11. It will have a 6.0-inch 90Hz OLED display. It'll have a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. It will have a dual-camera setup comprising a 12.2MP primary camera and an 8MP secondary ultra-wide camera. The front camera will be equipped with an 8MP camera. It will be backed up by a 4080mAh battery which will be supporting 18W wired charging, 12W wireless charging, and 5W reverse charging. It can have two configurations which are 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB.
