All knew that the Oneplus Nord series is getting a Nord 2, but it wasn't officially confirmed. But today Oneplus has teased Oneplus Nord 2 on their social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. It is also teased that it will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC.
According to a recent leak, we came to knew that it will launch in India and other markets on July 24. But it will launch on 22nd July instead. The design of the phone was also recently leaked by 91mobiles in association with Onleaks, which was similar to the design of Oneplus 9 5G.
On Facebook, Oneplus posted a video about fast and smooth which is a reference to the upcoming Oneplus Nord 2 which will give Fast and Smooth performance.
And after a few minutes, Oneplus posted a teaser of Oneplus Nord 2, which mentioned "Coming Soon." Here you can watch it.
In Instagram, Oneplus Nord recently changed the interface of their account. And posted their posts, in which two of them are the same as the Facebook posts while one different post was posted which revealed that it will have an exclusive AI-Enhanced chipset which is called Mediatek Dimensity 1200-AI. This takes photography, gaming, and display technology to a whole new level, as mentioned by Oneplus in the post.

Oneplus Nord 2 Specifications (Expected)
Oneplus Nord 2 will be powered by an exclusive AI-enhanced chipset. Oneplus Nord 2 will have a custom Mediatek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset fitted inside it. It will take photography, gaming, and display technology to a whole new level. And also, it is the first Oneplus smartphone that will be powered by a Mediatek chipset.
It will have a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will pack a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
It will have a triple camera setup comprising of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, it will have a 32MP selfie camera for video chats and clicking selfies. It houses the top-left corner in a punch-hole cutout of the phone.
The base variant will have 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage while the top variant will have up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
Other features of the phone include 5G network, on-screen fingerprint sensor, face unlock and USB Type-C port.
